We love traveling,
Mostly in a campervan and have always been on the move a lot, whether spontaneously to Corsica or up to Scotland. No way was too far, no trip too long and we never had a lot of luggage with us. A lot changed with the kids: the routes became shorter and much, much more luggage had to be stowed away, but we still want to travel together and organize our trips spontaneously with the children. So many distant places were replaced by exploring our homeland, the Allgäu, and we discovered many unknown corners here.

It doesn't take much,
to have a perfect and, above all, relaxing day. Our T2 Bulli is already fully equipped in front of the door, and of course it has everything you need for a road trip.
Before we set off, all we need to take with us are a few special things (and fresh diapers) and usually half the contents of the fridge. This is perhaps the most important thing when you are travelling with kids, because growling stomachs are not good for the mood.
We love visiting one of the many Allgäu lakes and ponds on warm summer days. Splashing around in the water with the kids or playing in the sand, yes, there are actually one or two sandy beaches, and we can relax and enjoy the rays of sunshine. Surrounded by the wind playing in the trees and the ringing of cowbells (and a splashy, water-loving Labrador).
It usually doesn't take long before the first person is thirsty or hungry. Since there aren't many public grill or fire pits, we always have our own equipment with us. Our BOWL from höfats is the perfect companion, big enough to feed our 4 hungry stomachs and with the wire base the floor doesn't burn either. Stir it up, add a few vegetables and grilled cheese and the sizzling will attract hungry mice.

Freshly strengthened,
we then explore the surroundings a little. We used to think that adventures could always be experienced in far-away places, but the trips with the children have taught us the opposite. Now we find adventures behind every tree, under every stone and in the deep grass.
Created under the starry sky, at lonely mountain lakes and on road trips with the VW Bulli, the products tell their very own stories. We, Franziska and Marius, are road typing with our sons Leo and Casper and our Labrador dog Lotta. We spend every free minute on the road in our campervan, so every road typing product is a very special part of our travels. Our base camp and our home is the Allgäu, which is a perfect starting point for adventures in all directions.
There is so much to discover if you just look closely. Back at the bus we make ourselves comfortable, build a mattress camp with lots of blankets and pillows and enjoy the time together by the fire.
IT'S ALREADY DUSK OUTSIDE AND WE HEAT UP OUR BOWL AGAIN, THE FIRE IS CRACKLING
