Replace grill grates with this reversible plate or place the plate directly on top. The cast iron, like our cast iron cooking grates, has a porcelain coating so it looks like your favorite cast iron pan. The huge surface area of approximately 35 x 45 cm is ideal for sautéing onions and mushrooms, which go well as a side dish to your main course, or for a delicious breakfast for an al fresco meal.
