Caramelize onion rings while frying the burgers. Flip the grill tray over and prepare delicious panini-style sandwiches. With the reversible cast iron plate, the possibilities are endless. You know it from your grandmother's cast iron pan: the black cast iron with enamel coating only gets better with every use.
