PORCELAIN-COATED CAST IRON PLANCHA


The porcelain-coated cast iron plancha from Napoleon combines the smoky aroma of the grill with the excellent properties of a cast iron frying pan. Replace the grates of your Rogue®, Prestige® or Prestige PRO™ series grill with this grill accessory to provide even heating and superior grilling as the surface can be heated to 400°F or more. The smooth surface is easy to clean and features a slightly angled design that wicks grease away from food, while the raised edge prevents overflow and flare-ups. With the porcelain-coated cast iron plancha you can grill restaurant-quality fish dishes, steaks and vegetables - the possibilities are endless. The Napoleon® plancha made of cast iron ensures even heat distribution and retention. Nothing sticks to the porcelain-coated surface - the smooth surface delivers restaurant-quality results. The slightly sloping surface allows the escaping fat to drain away easily. Nothing stands in the way of a healthy barbecue enjoyment. The rim prevents splashes or contact with the flame (45.4 cm x 29.7 cm x 5.7 cm).
