Napoleon's steak knife with a blade over 12 cm long can do even more than that: the blade extends over the entire length and is optimally balanced. Two different cutting areas support the perfect cut: the saw area makes targeted contact, while the smooth blade leaves a straight cut effortlessly at all times. The Napoleon® steak knife with riveted rosewood handle glides effortlessly through thick steaks with its 12.7cm long blade.
