The solution

You can turn the beef however you want: on traditional grills, the steak on the breast will always be weak. The reason for the unsweetened crust and the dry center is a low grill temperature and too long a grill time.
That's why we created the O.F.B. Originally developed. Because the crispy crust and juicy meat are not a coincidence, but the result of extreme grill temperatures of up to 900°C.
