Ingredients Taco flatbreads (for 4-6 people):

  • 320 g corn flour (or spelled flour)
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 ml water (lukewarm)


Topping ingredients:

  • 250 g tuna of the best quality
  • 5 carrots
  • Radish
  • 1 avocado
  • Coriander or parsley
  • Sea salt


Ingredients Easy Asia Sauce:

  • 250 ml vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, light
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Chili
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp sauce thickener
  • Oyster sauce

Preparation:

  1. For the tortilla dough, put the flour, water, salt and oil in a bowl and knead with your hands into a smooth dough (for at least 5 minutes). Alternatively, use a food processor.
  2. Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 20 minutes before further processing.
  3. For the Asian sauce, put all the ingredients except the oyster sauce and sauce thickener in a pot and bring to the boil for about 3-5 minutes, then thicken and season with oyster sauce.
  4. Continue with the dough: Take it out of the fridge, knead it well again and divide it into 6 even pieces. Roll out each piece of dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured work surface (max. 1-2 mm).
